Overcoming the Obstacles to Meditation

By Amruta Joshi, 1.30 - 3.30 pm, 31 May 2025.

Venue:Melbourne Lodge

Meditation is our natural default state and yet we find it hard to maintain a practise.

Understanding the fundamentals of this ancient art, knowing knacks on getting to inner peace, turning inwards and elevating our vibrational frequencies can be done easily through proper scientific techniques of meditation.

Amruta Joshi, who is a meditation teacher in the lineage of Paramhansa Yogananda, will teach the techniques he taught to experientially understand and gain benefits of meditation.

The workshop will explore common myths, some basic habits followed by a hands-on guided meditation at the end

All are welcome!
