This participatory workshop invites guests to explore the intersection of mindfulness, gentle movement, and intuitive art-making.
Through slow movement, and open-form mark-making, the session offers an opportunity to experience art-making as a meditative, somatic process.
Held within a supportive, non-judgmental environment, the workshop encourages a shift away from outcome-oriented creation towards a more contemplative engagement with materials, gesture, and presence.
This program includes:
– A guided mindfulness introduction
– Gentle, accessible movement practices
– Exploratory drawing and mark-making using a range of media
– Opportunities for quiet reflection and optional group dialogue
All materials are provided. No prior experience in visual art is required.
Non Members $5 Entry,
T.S. Members Complimentary.
