Creative Alchemy: the power of symbols as a portal into the unconscious

By Gunnel Watkins, 1.30 - 3.30 pm, 28 June 2025.

Venue:Melbourne Lodge

Unlock the hidden language of the psyche through the ancient and transformative power of symbols.

Through guided visualization, symbolic inquiry, expressive arts, and group reflection, you’ll learn to enquire into Carl Jung’s Symbolism and how he used symbols as a portal to his unconscious, a central theme to his art making.

We will then uncover a symbol from our own psyche and use it as a springboard to manifest our creativity.

Together we will practice interpretation of personal and archetypal symbols as messages from the unconscious as well as deepen our relationship with inner imagery

Learning to tap into the intuitive wisdom that lives beyond words. Whether you’re an artist, a therapist, a curious beginner, or someone craving a richer dialogue with your inner world, this workshop is an invitation to awaken your inner alchemist.

Come as you are—no art experience needed, only a willingness to explore.

$5 Entry, T.S. Members Complimentary
