T. Subba Row was a distinguished member of the Theosophical Society in India in the 1880s and much admired by its two principal Founders, Helena P. Blavatsky and Henry S. Olcott. He had a profound knowledge of the philosophies and religions of India as well as of Esoteric Philosophy.
This book contains his writings on the twelve signs of the zodiac, the mystic significance of places of pilgrimage in India, the Nādigrantham-s (ancient Indian oracles), as well as The Bhagavad Gītā and the inner spiritual constitution of the human being.
