About the Presentation
Alchemy is an art dating back to ancient Egypt that unites consciousness and matter. Throughout the ages alchemists have applied the Hermetic teachings to achieve change in reality whether on themselves, their work in the lab or in society at large. Using the Emerald Tablet, the most sacred text of the Alchemists, this talk will explore some of the history of alchemy, what alchemists do and secret alchemical principles that are used to facilitate transformation.
Alchemy is a bridge between art and science, and as we work on the art we work on ourselves.
About the Presenter
Benjamin Turale (Dip. Alchemy, Dip. Electronic Music Production) is Director of Education at International Alchemy Guild, a membership of practicing alchemists worldwide. Benjamin runs educational events such as The International Alchemy Conference at Glastonbury, and herbal alchemy workshops. He is also a qualified counsellor.
